Appointments
Making appointments are highly recommended even though we also try to accommodate Walk-in's whenever possible as customers with appointments have higher priority.
Cancellations
We request a 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Regretfully, any No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) on your charge card.
No Refund
We have a no refund policy for all services and all products. We offer appointment changes and/or treatment changes.
Gratuities are not included in service prices. Q Spa reserves the final right to explain the terms of the event.
MEMBERSHIP
Annual Membership Fee is $120.
Or FREE Membership if you open a $500 pre-paid account.
We will deduct the member price from your pre-paid account every time you come for treatments until the account runs out.There is no time limit to finish the account.
